BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1730 Gunbarrel Road, being on the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road, northeast of Zeigler Road. Part of Tract 3, Resubdivision of Pinewood Acres, as shown by plat of record in plat book 15, page 70, R.O.H.C., being the property described in deed book 3708, page 356, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 159H-B-26 from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Property is subject to development corridor standards. 2. The dedication of 10 feet of additional right-of-way along gunbarrel Road, as required by the City Traffic Engineer. 3. Property is subject to one driveway. 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it, provided that this Ordinance shall not be operative until completion of Condition No. 2 in Section 2 above.
